Mark R Garrigan

Mark R. Garrigan of Chicopee, Ma, passed away on March 6, 2024, at age 67. Mark was born on December 10, 1956, in Pittsburg, PA to his parents, Richard and Patricia A.Garrigan. Mark was preceded in death by his wife Marie “Mer” Reddner Garrigan. Mark is survived by his son Duane Garrigan and wife Amy Garrigan, a sister Judith Hey, his long term significant other, Claudia Frappier and her three children,stepdaughter Jackie Curtis and husband Lee Curtis, 7 grandchildren and great grandchildren. At age 18, Mark enlisted in the Army where he served from 1974-1976. Heworked as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at multiple businesses, most recently Truck Crane Services. In his free time, he loved riding his Harley, boating and traveling. Mark embodied the best of qualities and will be greatly missed for his wisdom, strong will, loyalty and selflessness. Services will be held at the Agawam Veterans Memorial Cemetery on March 21, 2024, at 3pm for close friends and family. There will be a celebration of life announced at a later date.
